Get involved with the Volunteer Newsletter!
Hi all, this is a call-out for people looking to take part in the Autumn 2026 volunteer newsletter. We are looking for passionate volunteers to be a part of the editing team who want to share their ideas to improve and add to the volunteer newsletter.
We aim to have a clear theme, shorten the volunteer newsletter and make it more accessible to readers.

We will be having a meeting on Tuesday, 3 November at 3pm at The Harris Café to introduce ourselves and to discuss themes and the previous Spring newsletter. Please come with your ideas and constructive criticism as we are excited to take all ideas on board and work from there.
Once we have had the first meeting, I will be posting another call-out for people to send through their own articles that fit the brief we have discussed previously. Please note that not all articles sent will be used in the final newsletter, as we want to condense it.
As an editing team, we will then have another meeting (decided at the first meeting). This meeting is to sort through any articles that have been sent through and share our own articles. After this I will edit the newsletter and have it sent out by the end of the year.
We will only be having two editing team meetings to improve the efficiency of the newsletter and to make it easier for team members to attend.

The newsletter is shaped by volunteers. We want your creativity, experiences and voices throughout to improve the theming and articles of the newsletter.
