Marketing Volunteer Leaflet Co-Ordinator

Do you want to escape technology? This is a purely practical role that requires a couple of hours a week to help the marketing team with their housekeeping! We are looking for adult volunteers aged 16+ to help update marketing print materials displayed around the Harris building and elsewhere in the city centre. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for flexibility in your volunteering as this role can be on any day of the week so you can choose a day or time to suit you. It can also be sociable as it gives you a chance to chat to visitors whilst carrying out the role.

What's involved?

Check that posters and leaflets are up to date around the Harris building and elsewhere.

Take down out of date posters from notice boards and pin up new posters.

Work alongside our fantastic front of house team.

Deliver small quantities of promotional leaflets to outlets in the city centre.

Why get involved?

No experience necessary.

All training is provided with supervision in the initial period.

Displaying leaflets around the Harris is a great way to meet people and make friends.

It will add experience to your 'customer service' or marketing experience on your CV.

You can find out and be involved in our exciting activities including events and new exhibitions.

Gives you opportunity to identify other volunteer roles you may be interested in doing.
