An hour or two at home

Audience Data Input Team

Audience surveys provide vital information to help the Harris improve and develop our audiences. We want to input survey data weekly so that we can use this to inform the decisions we make.

You will really help us to improve our services by inputting the surveys that our visitors will have completed on a regular basis. We think this will be an hour or two at home on a weekly basis to suit you, between October and December in the first instance.

Your main point of call for this will be Robina - our Fundraising and Development Officer. She will meet you first to got through everything and then you will take your first batch of completed suveys home to input.

You will be one of a team of 5.

You will need an eye for detail, be accurate and self motivated.

You will meet with Robina as a team on the Thursday 2nd October at 12 noon at the Harris.

What's involved?

  • You will need access to a computer or lap top of your own, with added access needed to email, excel spreadsheets
  • Meeting up with Robina to talk through everything - the why's, the where's, the how's and the in's and the out's
  • Agreeing regular weekly slots to collect the surveys from the Harris to be able to input the data from home. We think that could be 3pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays to suit you
  • Returning the inputted data to Robina by email - working towards a 3 week turnaround if that suits you

Why get involved?

You will get to develop or improve your skills using excel and data input

You will gain experience of working with audience data and how the Harris uses this data

You will make a difference!

How to get involved?

Accept the challenge and come along to meet Robina on the Thursday 2nd October at 12 noon at the Harris.
