As the opening of The Harris draws closer, we are starting to prepare the basement and Art Store to recieve objects back into the building. As each precious object has its own number and location, we need your help to cut out labels for the new shelving units so the objects can go back in the right place.
What's involved?
You will be required to spend one to two hours using a scalpel knife and a steel ruler which, after a while, can be tough on the hands. This job would be perfect for you if you have good dexterity, patience and attention to detail. We wouldnt recommend this challenge of you have any issues with your hands.
You will be provided with the necessary tools to complete the task including safety gloves and plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits. The challenge will take place in The Guild Hall, in the Harris Office. Times and dates will depend on availabilty.
