Come along to this consultation session with Kyra and Amelia where will press the "pause" button together and reflect on the last 12 months since we reopened.
This will be a chance to look back and share reflections, feelings and suggestions for the next year ahead from your point of view as a volunteers. We will try and include a range of activities to enable everyones voice to be heard and captured. We have opened this up to 25 volunteers so we can get a range of views. With a group this size we will split up into smaller groups for part of the session. Get your thinking caps on! We will provide snacks and drinks with it being a 5.30pm meeting.
What's involved?
Coming along and being prepared to share your thoughts from your own personal experience of being a Harris volunteer over the past 12 months.
There is no right and wrong - all thoughts and opinions are valid.
During the session we will explore training options and what you need as volunteers.
Why get involved?
Your views are always important to us. Your opinions and feedback have helped to influence our public programme and also what you hoped your roles would be as volunteers. You have influenced how we work as a staff team and helped us to improve awareness about volunteers at the Harris in general - in other words best practice.
How to get involved?
Simply accept the challenge and come along!
If you like you can have a think before the session and make a few notes that are important to you to share. Or you can just come to the session fresh and ready to take part.
