This is a call out to discuss producing the content for the Harris Volunteers newsletter 2026. This newsletter goes out to all Harris Volunteers. We are looking for a team of 5.
The team will need to:
- discuss together which themes to feature
- contributing material for the newsletter: could be working alone or in pair
- researching material: including visuals
- working as a team to decide how to present the newsletter
- working with Katie to influence the design of the newsletter
- typing up the contents (Raj will do this)
The timeline to create the newsletter is:
January - launch call out to team
February and March - create content
April - deadline
End of May - assemble and print then publish!
What's involved?
The team will need to:

How to get involved?
The first few members who accept this challenge will be selected. We will choose a date for the meeting for 1 hour and 30 minutes duration and you are required to attend one meeting per month. All volunteers are welcome to contribute material within a specified amount so that we don't overload the publication. You can email Kyra if you have any suggestions to be published. The initial meeting is scheduled on Tuesday 20th of January at 2pm.
