Work as a Team

Scribers for the Harris Open Consultation event, Thursday 30th April, 5.45pm until 8.15pm

Help us out on the night of the Thursday 30th April as we welcome up to 50 members of the public to join us in a consultation event.

The event will focus on the Harris Open Exhibition and the outcomes of the consultation will affect future Harris Open Exhibitions.

This opportunity relates to the group discussion part of the consultation and it will last for 45 mins. You wont need to take minutes, just notes of the key things said. We will have 6 tables with 8 visitors on each table and 1 member of council staff. The council staff member will facilitate the table. Each table will have the same prompt questions which we will share with you before the event.

After the focus group discussions, we will have a break and go into more self led activity where we will have a range of questions dotted around the space for people to answer individually. We will then come back together at the end of the night to share any key findings we have and also what our next steps will be.

You are most welcome to stay for the whole event or just come along from the start until after the focus group discussions have taken place.
